At Korlen, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be accepted, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed, in its original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In its original packaging or equivalent
The following items are not eligible for return: final sale items, underwear, and hygiene-sensitive items.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us at contact@korlen.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 to 48 hours.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or colour? Contact us at contact@korlen.com and we'll do our best to find what you need, subject to available stock.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a defective item or something that doesn't match your order, reach out to us immediately. We'll cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no charge to you.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless your item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
